Discover a unique part of Australian history that built communities and supported the wool producers.

The Onkaparinga Woollen Mills provided finished blankets and woven produces for a wide range of garments from work and fashion ware to protecting our Australian troops with lasting uniforms.

The museum is a collection of equipment used by the mill and pattern samples for each weave created.

The museum is also in the process of creating a visual display illustrating each process used at the mill. This is an ongoing project.
